Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions within the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and critical manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored for the manufacturing sector.
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning to meet production demands and optimize staffing.
• Lead initiatives to promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment across all shifts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development in a production setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing HR for multi-shift or 24/7 operations.
• Proficiency in a second language common within the manufacturing workforce.
• Experience with skilled trades recruitment and apprenticeship programs.
