Team lead/supervisor

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Lead/Supervisor for one of our clients.

Position: Team Lead/Supervisor

Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid- Once In A week)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract with extension possibility

• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Look for Customer service background candidate
• If have healthcare is plus
• Someone who has worked as Customer service lead or supervisor
• A minimum of 60 college credits is required.

Description:

Seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of bargaining unit employees. The team leader is responsible for daily inventory management, administration duties for staff, and ensuring all departmental goals are achieved.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites

Required Skills/Experience –

• Previous HealthCare industry experience
• Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Previous HealthCare industry experience
• Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment

Education/Certifications – Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• A minimum of 60 college credits is required.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role preferred
