Construction Project Manager

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in unit renovations and common area construction within occupied senior living facilities. This position will lead capital improvement initiatives and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in improving spaces that directly impact community living standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for unit and facility renovations ensuring all projects are completed on time within scope and budget.
  
• Coordinate with field supervisors and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and seamless project execution.
  
• Develop and manage budgets schedules and resource allocation across multiple job sites.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress safety compliance and quality assurance.
  
• Collaborate with leadership to identify risks implement corrective actions and maintain operational excellence.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience with general contractors developers or in residential/commercial renovation projects.
  
• Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software.
  
• Strong understanding of capital expenditure projects scheduling and workforce management.
  
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best construction practices.
  
• Experience in occupied facility renovations senior living or multi-family preferred.
  
• Valid state drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
