Gooding Solutions is a leading installer and servicer of Commercial Overhead Doors, Locks, and Levelers in West Michigan . We're expanding our administrative support team and are looking for a skilled and dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our busy office in Comstock Park, MI.

If you have experience in medical or construction scheduling and billing , possess excellent customer service and writing skills, and are proficient with computers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones for customers and technicians.
• Daily scheduling of technician work.
• Reviewing completed assignments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Communicating with technicians for necessary updates to job documentation.
• Receiving shipments.
• Assisting with warehouse inventory counts.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
