What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Sales Account Manager , you will:

• Prospect for new clients through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up

• Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Sell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed monthly production goals

• Follow up on open quotes and warm leads provided by the agency

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships

• Stay organized using CRM tools and ensure accurate policy documentation

• Actively participate in sales training, team meetings, and growth initiatives

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. We’re looking for individuals who have:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or other customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and face-to-face interactions

• A results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous growth

• Ability to quickly learn insurance products, systems, and compliance requirements

• Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Fluency in a second language is a plus
