Receptionist - HFGAHS Atherton Rd - Full Time
- Greets all visitors and patients, providing general information and directing them to the proper office or person.
- Handles phone inquires regarding patients and services.| Sorts, processes and distributes all incoming and out-going mail, including sending faxes as appropriate.
- May handle the sale of flowers and plants and is responsible for maintaining financial records of sales.
- Ability to access current patient information including room and visiting status.
- Coordinates the delivery of flowers and patient?s mail.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals; patients, vendors, physicians, staff members and the general public.
- Math skills necessary to make change from flower sales.
- May assist leader with training, scheduling and coordination of associates.| Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
- Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency - 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
