Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for manufactured products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Resolve product-related issues, complaints, and warranty claims effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for manufactured products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency with CRM software and ERP systems for order processing and inquiry management.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product information and specifications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• High attention to detail for accurate order entry, record-keeping, and follow-up.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product lifecycles, or supply chain logistics.
• Experience with industry-specific ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
• Ability to interpret basic technical specifications or product diagrams.
• Understanding of quality control standards or common industry certifications.
