Motor Technician - Electronic Repair

We are seeking a skilled Motor Technician to join our repair and service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and testing a wide range of motors and feedback devices. Including but not limited to the following servo motors, Allen Bradley ABB, Emerson, Fanuc, Siemens, Toshiba, Yaskawa.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, rebuild and test all types of AC/DC motors and brushless servo motors.
Service and calibrate feedback devices including incremental and serial encoders, resolvers, tachometers, linear encoders.
Perform mechanical and electrical inspections to identify faults and failures.
Rebuild and refurbish motors to meet OEM specifications
Maintain accurate repair records utilizing our ERP system and follow established testing and repair procedures.
Work collaboratively with other technicians to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications:

Proven experience repairing and testing a variety of motor types.
Strong knowledge of feedback devices including encoders, resolvers, tachometers.
Ability to read schematics and use test equipment for diagnosis and verification.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Communication skill including written reports are required.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Prior electronics or motor repair shop experience preferred.
