As we continue expanding, we’re looking for dedicated and driven individuals to operate and manage their own retail stores in the Metro Detroit area.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the sole operator of one of our retail locations—handling everything from customer service and sales to inventory and store presentation. You’ll receive extensive training and ongoing support, but you’ll ultimately have the autonomy to run your store like it’s your own business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, one-on-one customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and sleep solutions.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and store upkeep.
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising to company standards.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and communication with leadership.
  • Take ownership of your store’s performance and success.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service (sales experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to assigned store.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
