Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Provide engineering support for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to processes, equipment, and materials.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve yield, and enhance productivity.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) for design and tooling.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and tooling design.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced automation technologies (e.g., robotics programming, vision systems, PLC logic development)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Hands-on experience in tooling, fixture, or jig design and fabrication
