New locum need for CVOR NP/PA in Lansing, MI-Asap start and Dates below-MI license only-$120 Hr plus night call

CTS APP Greater Lansing

• Clinic has two cardiac surgeons and one thoracic only surgeon, two other APPs that coverage the inpatient (locum would work collaboratively with inpatient APPs, including rounding with surgeons).
• Potential for one surgery per day
• Prefer experience (including ICU)
• Vein harvesting required
• EMR - Cerner
• Prcodures/Skills needed: Arterial Bypass, Bypass Surgery,
• Coverage only needed - 10/13/25-11/7/2025

• Rates to Submit:
• Malpratice must be included in the rate Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training
• Hourly -$120 Hr.
• Holiday Hourly
• Night Call -$250
• Call Back -$120 Hr
• 24hr Holiday - 1.5x
  Holiday Call Back 1.5X
  Conversion Fee
• Reverse invoicing - Provider must uses DocTime as of 7/1 to clock in and clock out.
• No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
• McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
• Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Submission Requirements

• MI License: REQUIRED at time of name clear - no exceptions, not accepting IMLC
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Vein harvesting - REQUIRED - must be notated at name clear
• Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
• Verbal confirmation of DEA - REQUIRED
• Local providers - REQUIRED
• Clean background - REQUIRED , no exceptions
• Rates must be submitted at time of name clear - REQUIRED , will not send to client without rates

Employee Health Requirement a. Flu vaccine for 24-25 season b. Covid documentation - If 24-25 booster has not been received a declination is needed c. TB - 2 step skin test within 12 months or Quantiferon within the last 6 months d. TB Questionnaire e. Hep B - titer with quantifiable numbers or declination f. MMR - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers g. Varicella -vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers h. TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years) Certification Requirements
