Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile, empathetic, and highly organized Paraprofessional to fill a dual-role position crucial to our school’s academic and behavioral success.
Testing and Reflecting Room Supervisor:
- Managing a quiet, structured environment for students requiring alternative testing accommodations.
- Coaching & advising students that have been asked to take a break from class due to unwanted behavior
Preferred Skills:
- General data input, strong skills in verbal and written communication, knowledge of most Google applications, empathy, a calm demeanor and a passion for supporting students for academic and social success.
Preferred Requirements for all positions
Two years of college or Associate’s (or higher) degree or
Confirmation of passing the MTTC basic skills test or WorkKeys.
