As a Project Engineering Intern at Boldt, you will work side by side with project engineers, superintendents, and craft professionals to support the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will assist in gathering, evaluating, and coordinating the information needed to ensure work is completed in alignment with contract documents. You will actively participate in project planning, safety planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination. You will also support the team by contributing to key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, operations and maintenance manuals, warranties, and project close-out activities. Through hands-on involvement and collaboration, you will gain valuable experience in project execution while building strong relationships across the team.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.

Nice to Have
- Prior work experience, internship, or trade experience preferred, but not required.
Preference may be given to candidates who have engaged with Boldt through career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations, or other campus recruiting activities.
