**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately in emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and address security-related issues as they arise.
+ Monitor the environment for any suspicious activity and report observations according to established protocols.
+ Support Allied Universal and client personnel by assisting with access control and verifying identification as directed.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents and maintain accurate activity logs as required by site procedures.
+ Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to provide assistance to employees and visitors when needed.
+ Participate in emergency preparedness drills and respond accordingly to alarms or emergency calls at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
