Transaction & Marketing Administrative Assistant

The Reinhart West Office is located on the West Side of Ann Arbor. We believe that the West Reinhart office is the coolest place to work. We are a group of productive professionals, friendly and fun people who are committed to doing our best for each other and our clients, customers, and community.

Let's cover some of the early qualifiers. We are looking for someone to work 30 to 40 hours per week with availability to work the following hours daily, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

Now the good stuff about working here:

1. Our current office is easily accessible. We are located at 2275 West Stadium, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and two freeway exits; we even have four fitness studios within walking distance from our office.

2. The work we do is dynamic and meaningful. Your work will directly impact more than 700 families and 50 real estate agents annually. Buying and Selling of a home is at the center of living the American dream. Additionally, the agents count on the transaction and marketing support to efficiently and effectively serve the clients and customers.

3. With that said, we are big on fun and not stressing out. So, while your work will represent one of the biggest financial events in our clients’ lives, being detailed and process-focused can be fun. Open communication is how we keep everyone up to date and in the loop on what is happening daily.

4. Your hours will have some flexibility. The office is open between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We need support throughout the day. If you need to run an errand or come in late or leave a little early, you will have a partner who can back you up.

5. You will be given lots of hands-on `one-on-one` training when you get started. 100% of the things we do daily have been documented. On a daily basis, things we have not planned come up, and you will have the manager, the other admin, the 10 other admins within our company, and a whole host of other people and resources to support you.

6. We are first and foremost a relationship company. Human to human is how we like to do things. We value people and respect their individuality.

Now, let’s talk about the job requirements:

1. You need to be the type of person that gets joy out of getting things done. Every day you will have a list of things to do. Fun Stuff, Important Stuff, Necessary Stuff.

2. You will be on the computer a lot, so an understanding of social media, email, navigating the web, and using other computer-based software like Google Docs will be necessary.

3. You will be interrupted a lot while working on most tasks. There are 40 people that come and go, the phone will be ringing with happy customers and sometimes not so happy people.

4. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people.

5. You need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good.

6. You need to nail down the details. You don’t need to race through work to get things done half-assed. We need you to slow things down and get them done right.

7. We are looking for a good, fun person who gets stuff done.

In short, your job is to help the manager and the agents in any way you can and have fun at work. Our office is casual and professional at the same time.

In addition to being a detailed person, you will be asked to follow systems and processes.
