We're seeking a dedicated Home-Based Clinical Therapist to join our team. What You'll Do:

Provide In-Home Support: Assess family needs and develop individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions directly in the homes of families.
Empower Families: Implement interventions that facilitate youth and family progress toward specific goals and objectives, conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
Collaborate and Communicate: Participate in multidisciplinary case staffing, utilize caseload management systems, and collaborate with appropriate agencies and parties within the community.
Offer Case Management: Provide case management services as needed, connecting families with resources and support.
Maintain Accurate Records: Create, maintain, and submit accurate records and documents in a timely and appropriate manner.
Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.
Engage in Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention as necessary, following safety protocols and procedures.
What You'll Need:

Master's level behavioral health professional (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology).
Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations.
Previous experience working with youth involved in the justice system is preferred.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are essential for frequent home visits.
Proof of registration and licensure.
Strong computer skills and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
