General Laborer Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (06:00am to 02:30pm )
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer staff to join our manufacturing plant team. This role is crucial for supporting production operations through various hands-on tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks as assigned.
- Assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Deburr components, ensuring smooth and finished products.
- Operate manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

General Laborer Qualifications:
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in assembly.
- Experience as a Grinder Operator or Machine Operator.
- Familiarity with Deburr Machines.
- Prior general labor experience, especially in a manufacturing setting.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the full 8.5-hour shift.
- Frequent walking required throughout the workday.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Steel-toe shoes are mandatory
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
