Local multi-family property owner is seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Full -Time Property Leasing Coordinator. We are looking for an energetic person with an outgoing attitude and strong organizational/communication skills who can balance great customer service with strong follow-through. Potential growth opportunity. $22/hour. This position is located in Westland, MI .

This role is ideal for someone with property management, leasing, customer service, collections, or administrative experience who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors
- Process applications, leases, payments, and resident correspondence
- Maintain accurate resident files and records
- Coordinate work orders and communicate with maintenance staff
- Assist with collections, notices, delinquency management, and legal process
- Support marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives
- Help create a positive experience for current and future residents
- Support the daily operations of a thriving manufactured housing community
- Previous property management, leasing, housing, customer service, collections, or office administration experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently in difficult situations, including collections and past-due account discussions
- Comfortable having respectful but direct conversations regarding lease compliance, payments, and resident responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with general computer systems
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the organization
