Chocolatier / Chocolate Production Assistant (Manufacturing)

Champagne Chocolates is a handcrafted chocolate shop specializing in small-batch truffles, toffee, barks, and seasonal confections—all made in-house with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency.

We are hiring for a production-based role within our kitchen. This is a hands-on position focused on the daily manufacturing of chocolate products in a fast-paced environment.

What This Role Really Is:

This is not a front-of-house or casual baking role. It is a production/manufacturing position that requires focus, repetition, and attention to detail.

You will be part of the team responsible for producing high volumes of product while maintaining the quality and presentation our brand is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production of chocolate products (truffles, toffee, barks, specialty items)
• Shelling, filling, and capping chocolate molds
• Preparing ganache, caramel, and other fillings
• Decorating and finishing products with consistency
• Packaging products for retail and large orders
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Supporting production flow during high-volume and seasonal periods

Qualifications:

• Experience in chocolate, pastry, food production, or kitchen work preferred (not required—we will train the right person)
• Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency in a production setting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished product
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working with your hands
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

• Part-time or full-time (based on availability and experience)
• Daytime, evening, and weekend availability may be required
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
