Our focus is on the health and safety of our teammates as well as work-life balance and diversity and inclusion. From generous benefits to a variety of employee resource groups, we strive to build paths that encourage employees to stretch themselves professionally. We want to help you grow, develop, and learn new things. You're constantly evolving, so shouldn't your opportunities be, too?
The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst will drive operational excellence and product performance for Ally's Aftermarket and Contracts teams through rigorous, actionable analytics. This requires a dedicated and focused professional to translate data into insights, to recommend enhancements/improvements to product offerings based on sound analysis and deliver measurable outcomes that strengthen our competitive position and support new business growth. - Create standardized report specs and automate recurring data pulls to reduce manual effort.
- Own daily/weekly/monthly reporting deliverables (data quality checks, reconciliation).
- Develop tools and metrics to compare expected vs. actual performance; maintain a variance log with remediation plans.
