3rd Shift 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday
Performs routine maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities electro/mechanical, robotic controls systems. Performs preventative maintenance, such as changing fluids, replacing filters, adjusting tension, clean intakes and cold-air returns, etc. May operate snow removal and/or grounds keeping equipment.

Education/Experience
 High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum
 Two or more years experience operating and/or repairing machine shop equipment (CNC lathes, Grinders, Mills, etc.)
 Experience with PLC’s, Fanuc and Mitsubishi Controllers
 Strong electro mechanical, robotic controls background preferred

Essential Functions, Knowledge and Competencies
 Ability to lift 125 pounds with assistance
 Exceptional ability to solve problems and apply problem solving logic in an efficient manner
 Must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly evaluate problems and generate solutions
 Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm and controlled manner
 Must be able to take direction and have the ability to effectively work with people
 Must be available for all shifts and be on call as required
 Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8-10 hours or more), frequent bending and twisting

Responsibility/Authority
 Repairs and maintains all plant equipment
 Assists in prioritizing daily work schedules in conjunction with the Facility Engineer and Operations team
 Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner
 Coordinates with plant personnel, minimizing down time for repairs
 Performs Facility Maintenance to include the proper upkeep of the facility and grounds
 Performs research and orders spare parts to expedite machine repair and keep costs under control
 As required provides training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel
