About the Position
- Provide direct patient care for oncology, step-down, and general medical overflow patients
- Administer medications and perform physician-ordered treatments
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care based on cancer pathophysiology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to revise and update care plans
- Respond to call lights, alarms, and assist with transfers
- Accurately process and follow up on provider orders and medication changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety
Requirements
- 2+ years of Med Surg Experience - Required
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
- Oncology Experience - Required
- Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
- Epic Experience - Preferred
