Salesforce business analyst
Job Description
The Global Operations Business Analytics team is searching for new talents.
Business Analytics is constantly improving the development of our CRM environment (Salesforce), providing best practices and policies by focusing on the SFDC user experience.

You have several years of experience working in salesforce.com environment and have a real passion for the tool!

You are dynamic, adaptable, creative and can work within a global fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment

Primary responsibilities:

Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects & enhancements to existing solutions

Assist the Project Manager in providing detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and in articulating the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality

Work closely with the Salesforce IT team to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and the team has all the information required to action

Create testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentation

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience with SFDC-
Min 3 years of experience in Operations for a software company

Certified Salesforce.com Admin or any SFDC certification

Experience in Agile/SAFe approaches to project management - LEAR (+)

Familiar with salesforce reporting (+)
