We are seeking a Master Plumber to join our Client's team! The selected individual will manage a small team of installers - the team installs and repairs water supply lines, installs fixtures and water heaters. Drainage systems would also be part of the service offerings. The main part of the role is to manage the team, assist in training and mentoring. Also, working with the residential customers to provide best in class service.
Responsibilities:- Train and guide the team to assemble and install plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
- Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
- Prior experience leading teams
- Master Plumber license for the state of Michigan
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
