The Director of Sales & Marketing leads PVM’s enterprise-wide sales, occupancy, branding, and digital marketing strategy. This role drives revenue growth, maximizes occupancy across all Villages, and advances PVM’s brand through robust digital engagement, generative AI–enhanced marketing, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional leadership.
The Director partners with Operations, IT, Facilities Advancement, and Village leadership to ensure cohesive execution of performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and market expansion efforts. This is a strategic and highly visible leadership position focused on innovation, analytics, and the future of senior living consumer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred. Minimum of 7 years experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site sales/marketing leadership. Supervisory experience leading teams. Strategy development and management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies and advertising. Proven success leading digital marketing programs and occupancy growth initiatives. Experience with CRM systems (Sherpa, WelcomeHome, Enquire, Salesforce, etc.) Demonstrated use of generative AI and marketing automation platforms
Computer Skills:
- Must have high level of PC literacy particularly in general file manipulation Microsoft suite of productivity products. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms which centralizes lead and prospect data such as Sherpa CRM, WelcomeHome, Enquire Solutions, Advantage Anywhere.
- High proficiency with: CRM systems, Marketing automation tools, Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, etc.), Google Analytics GA4, SEO/SEM tools, Social media management platforms, Microsoft 365 and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Certificates & Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings/weekends for events.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
