Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing applications and products.
• Collaborate with customers to understand manufacturing processes and identify optimal product integration solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and validation within manufacturing environments.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
• Generate detailed application notes, technical specifications, and user guides for manufacturing solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D to drive product improvements and new feature development.
• Assist sales teams in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution proposals.

Recommended Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, automation, or additive manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for design, simulation, and programming.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and troubleshoot technical solutions for manufacturing applications.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills for customer interaction and training.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a technical support or application development role.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD).
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global markets.
• Prior experience delivering technical training or workshops to external customers.
