Office Manager | East Lansing, MI
Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate facility maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to manufacturing leadership and production teams.
- Liaise with external vendors for services such as IT, cleaning, and security.
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll coordination.
- Manage the office budget, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies within the office area.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing office operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for administrative support and data management.
- Experience with HR support functions, including onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, essential in a dynamic production environment.
- Proficiency in managing procurement of office supplies and MRO items.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems or similar production management software.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
- Experience with safety protocols or compliance within a production environment.
- Project coordination experience within a production or engineering context.
