APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Harper Woods, MI looking to add a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Rep to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to manage and support commercial insurance accounts by handling certificates, endorsements, renewals, and client communications accurately and efficiently. What your day will look like:

• Monitor certificate inbox and issue certificates for commercial accounts.
• Review insurance requirements, secure endorsements, present options to clients, and process approved changes.
• Process and invoice agency-billed endorsements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update EPIC daily.
• Manage monthly expiration reports and begin renewal process.
• Prepare and follow up on renewal questionnaires.
• Submit applications for remarketing when needed.
• Review policies for accuracy and deliver completed documents to clients.
• Track and manage Service Center renewals.
• Report and follow up on claims.
• Respond to client and carrier requests promptly.
• Attend client and carrier meetings as needed.
• Support team members and assist with key accounts.
• Meet deadlines and maintain professional, accurate work.
• Participate in meetings, training, and agency initiatives.
• Maintain required licensing and pursue professional development.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Experience with EPIC agency management system preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
