ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Assist with managing personal lines insurance policies, ensuring they meet client needs and are up-to-date.
Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their insurance policies promptly and accurately.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and policy modifications.
Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless client experience, sharing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
RequirementsLicensing: State of Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license is required .
Experience: Previous experience in insurance customer service or insurance account management is required .
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing outstanding service and building client relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
