Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery of manufacturing projects.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and production teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Direct experience implementing or managing projects within a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• International project management experience, particularly with multi-site manufacturing operations.
