Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the plant's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and specialized manufacturing software.
• Lead IT projects related to manufacturing automation, data collection, and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., MES, ERP integration, IoT).
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies for both IT and OT environments to protect intellectual property and production data.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for production-critical systems, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships and procurement for manufacturing-specific hardware, software, and services.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes and technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM).
• Strong leadership, project management, and budget management skills for IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with operational technology (OT) and the integration of IT/OT systems.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure high system availability and rapid problem resolution to minimize production downtime.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems and IT/OT convergence.
• Demonstrated success in implementing or managing ERP, MES, or SCADA systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles applied to IT processes.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
