Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dialer to join our mortgage team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling prospective leads, qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments for our licensed loan officers. You’ll play a key part in generating business opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of clients for mortgage financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Use a dialer system to make outbound calls to warm and cold mortgage leads
Engage potential clients professionally and confidently to determine interest and eligibility
Schedule appointments for loan officers with qualified prospects
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
Meet daily/weekly call quotas and performance targets
Follow compliance and privacy guidelines related to financial data
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to management
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation (mortgage or financial industry preferred)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to handle objections and remain professional
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Reliable internet and phone connection if remote
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish or others) is a plus
Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes
Experience using dialer systems like Mojo, PhoneBurner, or Five9
