Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with international sourcing and logistics
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), including system optimization or implementation experience
