Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage plant budget, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support business objectives and long-term growth.

• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership and operations management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive financial performance.

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and relevant industry standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proven experience leading significant capital expenditure projects or plant expansions.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Demonstrated success in new product introduction (NPI) and scaling manufacturing processes from pilot to full production.
• Experience managing unionized workforces and fostering positive labor relations.
