Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Document client progress, including updates on diagnoses, treatment plans, and case notes, in a timely and organized manner.
Provide high-quality care, using creative approaches to help clients achieve their goals and beyond.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients have access to the full range of mental health resources and support.
Consult with external providers (such as PCPs, psychiatrists, etc.) as needed for coordinated care.
Participate in bi-weekly case consultation meetings, monthly all-clinic gatherings, and monthly supervision sessions.
Maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week for full-time clinicians.
Continuously innovate and adapt your approach to help clients reach their full potential.
Ensure all session documentation is completed in accordance with company guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field.
Current license to practice therapy in Michigan (LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, etc.).
If you're an LLMSW candidate, you should have at least one year of post-graduate experience in a mental health outpatient setting.
Proven experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
Strong ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
Excellent time management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA standards.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfort and experience working with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
Ability to adapt, think creatively, and be flexible in your approach to client care.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams (preferred).
Post-graduate training in evidence-based practices (such as DBT, CBT, EMDR) is a plus.

This role is with a recently established practice (opened November 1, 2023) located in Livonia, MI, at 7 Mile & Haggerty.
