UX Strategist

UX Strategist Responsibilities:
Lead the efforts in UX design and strategy for key projects and initiatives across Meta for Business, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to execution.
Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, personas, user journeys, and user flows for various digital channels, employing user-centered design methodologies.
Work collaboratively with marketing managers, web teams, creative design teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and offer innovative and user-focused UX solutions.
Conduct qualitative user research through usability testing, user interviews, focus groups, and diary studies to gain valuable insights.
Leverage quantitative user research methods such as cardsorting, analytics, A/B testing, and surveys to gather data and inform design decisions.
Incorporate user feedback and align it with business requirements to continuously update and enhance the product experience.
Champion the prioritization of user-centered design changes, refinements, and improvements, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the development process.
Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product/Digital Marketing or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related UX role
Position requires 12 months of experience involving the following:
UX design
UX research
Wireframe development
Technical prototype development
Web analytics
User testing (qualitative and quantitative)
Photoshop and Illustrator
Web design (mobile and desktop) and
Graphic design
Public Compensation:
$160,269/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
