Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Location: Howell, MI
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time
Pay Frequency: Bi-Monthly
About Us
We are a growing insurance agency dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping clients protect what matters most. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions regarding insurance policies and coverage
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email
- Process policy changes, payments, and customer requests
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support the agency team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must hold an active Personal & Casualty Insurance License (Licensing costs will be paid for by the agency if not currently licensed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred, but not requiredBenefits
