Maintenance Mechanic

**Starting Pay $28.25 per hour **

3rd Shift, .75 shift differential, shift schedule: 11:00pm-7:30am

As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).

• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts.

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).

• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.

• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.

• Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

• ### Utilizes our CMMS system

Qualifications

• Relay and Computer Logic experience

• Knowledge of National Electric Code and Regulations.

• Two to four years of previous maintenance experience is preferred.

• Must be physically and medically able to wear a respirator as required.

• Able to work at elevated heights in a safe manner utilizing scissor or boom lift.

• Able to perform confined space entry(onsite training will be provided).

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.

• ### Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
