What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

• Book appointments for HVAC, electrical, generator, and repair services

• Match customer needs with the right technician for the job

• Manage scheduling with accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced environment

• Perform all typical CSR duties including outbound follow-ups, happy calls, and service confirmations

• Deliver five-star service in every interaction — on the phone and behind the scenes

Experience

We’re open to training the right person. Experience with customer service, dispatching, or platforms like ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
