Predictable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday
ResponsibilitiesQuote and sell personal insurance policies including auto and home
Manage follow-up activity throughout the sales process
Handle inbound opportunities and proactively work existing leads
Build strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness
Work within established sales processes and activity expectations
Collaborate with team members to improve client experience and close rates
Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows
Continue developing insurance knowledge, sales skills, and carrier expertise
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
Previous insurance sales, service, or account management experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable proactively managing follow-up and sales activity
Organized with strong follow-through
Open to feedback and process improvement
Positive attitude and professional mindset
Able to work full-time in-office in Okemos, Michigan
Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear activity and follow-through expectations
