Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems in machinery.
• Install and commission new production equipment and machinery.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities accurately.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure operational reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with various hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic fabrication techniques.
• Commitment to safety protocols and experience with preventative maintenance programs, often utilizing CMMS.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Basic welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG)
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Robotics maintenance or troubleshooting experience
