Center Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (School Year)
In-Home Services: Available all day through 7:30 PM
Make a Lasting Difference: Your work will directly support children and families, helping them thrive through evidence-based, individualized ABA programs.
What You’ll Do
Supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop client-specific programs
Provide parent training and support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Take on other related duties that support client success and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA certification (or eligible for certification)
Licensed to practice in Michigan (or in progress)
Minimum 1 year of hands-on ABA experience
BCaBAs will also be considered
