Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and relocate new production machinery and ancillary equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic.
• Vocational training or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Advanced PLC troubleshooting or programming experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
