Pay : We offer our Affordable Housing Regional Property Manager a competitive wage of $22–$28 per hour and mileage reimbursement for drive time outside your assigned home properties .

ARE YOU THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of affordable housing site management experience
- 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
- A heart for affordable housing
Experience with LIHTC housing compliance, familiarity with RD and/or MSHDA compliance, and prior area or regional management experience are preferred.

AVERAGE DAY AS AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER
This is a full-time position, with shifts occurring within standard business hours, dispatching daily from home to assigned properties.
In this role, you'll oversee property managers and maintenance teams across 14 metro Detroit properties, visit sites throughout the month, ensure compliance standards are clearly understood and met, and act as a key liaison between property ownership, corporate leadership, and site staff, ensuring every community operates smoothly and professionally.
