About the Role:
Join MARVELOUS CHILD LLC as our Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering creativity and development in toddlers, making every day an adventure in learning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Supervise daily activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Lead classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects a positive learning atmosphere.
- Train and mentor assistant teachers and support staff in best practices.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and child safety standards.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
