About Gateway Distribution

Gateway Distribution has been growing since 2023 and recently expanded to 20 routes. Our terminal is located at 1748 Wolverine Parkway, Gay lord, MI 49735 . We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and helping reliable people build a long-term career.

Pay & Benefits

• $180 per day ($900+/week)
• Paid training: $160 per day
• $150 bonus after training
• $150 bonus at 30 days
• $300 bonus at 60 days
• PTO accrual
• 6-day work week bonus
• Company vehicle and uniforms provided

Schedule

• Full-Time: Tuesday–Saturday
• Part-Time Delivery Driver: Thursday–Saturday
• Start time: 8:00 AM until route completion
• Average 130 stops per day

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle
• Complete package deliveries to homes and businesses
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Use GPS and delivery scanners
• Load, unload, and handle packages safely

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with a Michigan Chauffeur’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Comfortable driving large box trucks
• Able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid for by employer)
