- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
- Live load/unload: $62 per stop
- Hazmat pay: $25 per load

- Driver assist event: $25 per load
- Empty moves: $20 per load
- Equipment cleaning: $20 per hour
- Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
- Rail delay pay: $20 per hour
- Refused delivery: $35 per stop
- TONU: $20 per event
- Yard checks: $15 per hour
- Layover: $200 per day
- Safety training and mandatory meeting pay per hour: $20
