AdvisaCare Home Health Care is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Home Care Office Manager for our Traverse City MI office location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow and advance in their career within the home health industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering quality care, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and referral sources.
The Home Care Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery. You will play a crucial role in our mission to provide compassionate care to those in need.
Candidate needs to have a Home care background and have the ability to do hands on care and take on call 1 week a month

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (1) years of experience in a management role within health care or home care
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and promote a positive team environment
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
