Field Service Technician

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Field Service Technician. Hourly pay range $ 30.00 hr.
Job Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and debug the company systems.
• Support tooling installation through onsite buyoff and customer acceptance.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous solutions to customer problems.
• Process any, and all, necessary paperwork and provide the customer with detailed descriptions of any problem(s) encountered.
• Provide training for customers, on the company product line.
• Coordinate responsibilities, activities, and schedule with team members as required to ensure customer satisfaction, and the successful completion of service call.
• Follow Engineering Guidelines and other standardized procedures to comply with product specifications, laws, and local regulations.
  

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a related environment with automation integration, installation, or service repairs.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience analyzing and solving service, engineering, and ergonomic installation problems.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Established decision making skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints / schematics.
• Available for worldwide travel.
• Available to work off shifts and weekends.
• Personal credit card.
• Clean driving record.
