Regional banking manager

What You Will Do:
Drives deposit growth for the offices in the region.
Manages and directs the work of the local Private Banking team members in their assigned region; ensures client service standards, manages office coverage and time off requests; assists with training, mentoring, and development of local banking team.
Responsible for effective new associate onboarding, career pathing, recruitment, coaching and retention, and assists Banking Team Leads as needed.
Promotes effective deposit forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
Drives initiatives around expanding deposit client relationships, new product strategies, reducing attrition, and new client onboarding.
Leads relationships for larger/high-level and more complex client relationships. Improves client experience, creating engaged clients and facilitating organic growth.
Acts as an escalation point for location staff, especially related to commercial banking and treasury management. Takes ownership of client issues and follows problems through to resolution.
Support sales efforts for the development of new deposit business by partnering with sales associates and/or prospect calls and presentations.
Assists with the implementation of Treasury Management products and services and provides day-to-day support for those products. Coordinates and/or perform annual client reviews for existing commercial clients.
Ensures adherence to deposit pricing, in addition to compliance, risk and audit requirements
What You Bring:
Leadership and mentorship aptitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills
Experience with CRM preferred.
High initiative and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Detailed knowledge of teller functions, client services, new deposit accounts, treasury management, banking regulations, and compliance
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask; self-starter
Experience working with high net-worth individuals.

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, or related field; may be offset by additional years of banking experience. Required

Pay Range: $137,000 - $206,000/YR
